Digital Accessibility (RGAA):
Pursuant to Article 47 of the French Law of February 11, 2005, Sutherland declares its digital accessibility status as Non-Compliant. Ethical Alert & Whistleblowing Channel (Loi Waserman):

Pursuant to French Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971, Sutherland strictly respects the statutory monopoly of the French Bar Association (Ordre des Avocats) and the Notariat; all algorithmic projections and structural models are provided solely as mathematical decision-support tools. Any capital deployment requires mandatory independent legal and tax validation by the client's designated counsel.
Algorithmic Transparency & AI Act Compliance: The Sutherland OS operates strictly as analytical Decision Support Systems. Pursuant to the EU AI Act and the French Loi pour une République Numérique, these algorithms do not execute autonomous legal decisions, do not constitute state-certified property appraisals (Expertise Immobilière Agréée), and are provided solely for structural tax modeling and capital entry point analysis.

Edge Routing (Data in Transit): Global cryptographic handshakes, Anti-DDoS mitigation, and encrypted telemetry are executed via the QUIC.cloud global edge delivery protocol.
Zero-Knowledge Partitioning (Secret Professionnel): To safeguard the absolute legal privilege (Secret Professionnel) of documents uploaded by client Family Offices, Notaries, and legal counsel, the VDR employs strict Zero-Knowledge Partitioning. Neither Sutherland Private Office SAS administrators nor our hosting providers possess the decryption keys required to access or compromise classified legal and financial instruments.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT BASELINE
All structural components of this platform, including the underlying code, the Sutherland OS, clinical data models, algorithmic projections, and proprietary taxonomy, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Sutherland Private Office SAS.
Database Producer Rights (Droit Sui Generis): Sutherland Private Office SAS explicitly reserves its rights as a "Database Producer" (Producteur de bases de données) pursuant to Article L.341-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Architectural & Photographic Copyrights (Droit d'auteur): All prime asset photography, 3D structural models, virtual tours, and multimedia content hosted within this ecosystem are strictly protected under French copyright law. Unauthorized downloading, dissemination, or commercial exploitation constitutes an infringement of the rights of Sutherland Private Office SAS and the respective architectural or photographic creators, triggering immediate joint and several liability.
5. APPLICABLE LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
The use of this platform, the Sutherland OS, and the Sutherland VDR is governed exclusively by the material laws of the French Republic, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
Linguistic Discrepancy (Loi Toubon): While this platform and its associated legal documents are provided in the English language to facilitate international capital deployment, this is strictly a commercial convenience. Pursuant to the French Loi Toubon (Law No. 94-665), in the event of any linguistic discrepancy, interpretive ambiguity, or formal litigation, the French-language version of the legal frameworks shall exclusively prevail.
Digital Services & Right of Withdrawal Exemption: Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, access to the proprietary analytics, the Sutherland OS, and the VDR constitutes the immediate delivery of personalized digital content and algorithmic financial models. By authenticating and accessing the secure ecosystem, the User expressly acknowledges the immediate execution of the contract and irrevocably waives their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation).
In the event of a dispute involving a corporate entity, Family Office, or professional investor, exclusive jurisdiction is expressly conferred to the competent Commercial Courts of the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal (Cour d'appel de Paris).
